KITCHEN AND BATH DESIGN

If you are remodeling your Kitchen, Bathroom or any space in your home, I can help you along every step of the way. I have a step by step process to guide my clients through the floor planning phase, making selections and finding solutions to meet your specific needs. Once all materials are selected, you will receive 3D renderings of your space so you can see it before it's built! You will also have a complete set of construction plans for your builder that will include all the details we have discussed (Demo/Framing, Electrical, Flooring, Tile and Cabinet Elevations, Plumbing/Hardware and Lighting Packages).

Don't have a builder or contractor? No problem! I work closely with some great local builders that I can refer you to!

3D RENDERINGS

3D renderings are a great way to see your vision come to life. They give you the opportunity to see your completed remodel before you start construction so that you AND your builder know what to expect. 3D Renderings are always included in my Kitchen and Bath services but are also provided as a separate service to home owners, builders and general contractors who already have a floor plan and materials selected.
